To an address in The Netherlands:
In case the complete order is on stock and we have received your payment before 16:00 (CET), the order will be shipped the same day (on working days only). In most cases the order will be delivered the next day.
In case one or more products are not on stock, the missing products will be ordered at our supplier. As soon as the order arrives your order will be shipped. Normally this is within 2 to 3 days. Products that are not on stock at our supplier will be shipped as soon as possible without additional costs.
If you want to be sure that the products that are on stock will be shipped immediately we advise you to place a separate order for these products.
To other countries:
Because of the higher shipping costs for orders to addresses outside The Netherlands these orders will be shipped when they are complete. In case a product takes more time to deliver than indicated on our website, we will inform you within a couple of days after the order was placed with the expected delivery date.
The delivery time of your order depends on the destination country and varies between 2 to 7 days. Please consult the PostNL website for the expected delivery time for your country: www.postnl.nl.
